I just bought A new blower motor for Jeep and my ac is still not working, I thought that would of been the problem in
the first place, but it turns out that there is something more than that and I have no idea what it is please help

Did you try checking the Blower motor fuse.

Bought a 2004 jeep grand cherokee with 109,000 miles on it. Everything worked and ran great on test drive. After driving it 3 times over a week the battery died. It was a newer battery and checked out fine. Put a new alternator in still would not always start. Put a new starter in ran for two day and now will not start again. Short somewhere?
