jeep is not taking off properly it hesitates, trans is full want to check gearbox to see if full or not

this is a 4x4? there is a transfer case. Perhaps this is the one. In addition you've got two differentials, one in front and one in the rear, they both have 80w-90 gear oil in them, as does the transfer case (tho I'd check, may have switched to plain motor oil..dunno) the transmission "full" as you put it is a cause for great alarm because these are easy to overfill as one must fill to the line when idling and not when the vehicle is off.

Since you have 4 wheel drive you'll need to check the transfer case, front and rear differentials. It is fairly simple. that video Bob posted a link to is great help if you need it.
