NEED HELP

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Just today, I was driving my vehicle home from the
store (it had been running perfectly) and it lost
power for about two seconds then it regained
power again. About two minutes into the drive, I
experienced the same problem but then the engine
shut off and would not restart. I pulled into a side
road and attempted to restart but it would not
restart. I noticed that the tachometer was
bouncing wildly all over the place. After many
attempts to start, someone pulled my vehicle into
a vacant parking lot. As soon as we made it into
this parking lot, I started the engine and it started
with no problems. I am absolutely baffled at what
is happening. I have replaced the main computer,
distributor, plugs and wires, throttle position
sensor, idle air control valve, and crankshaft
position sensor and the problem still exists. Any
ides on what is causing this?

look closely for any obvious wiring problems , you need to trouble shoot it when the problem occurs

Agree. Check the battery terminals and connections, you may have just lost electrical power.

I will definitely check around for any broken connections or wires. I really appreciate the advice
