94 Jeep Grand Cherokee won’t start

Took the Jeep to Walmart to get a new
battery.  Drove it home, installed the new
battery and now it won’t start. No noise at all.
All lights work (headlights, cabin lights, break
lights, and turn signals all work), power
windows and locks work too. The only thing
electrical that doesn’t work is the radio. I’ve
replaced the battery, the starter, the battery
terminal connectors, the ground cable from
the battery to the frame, and the ground strap,
but still doesn’t start.
