can i take out the turbo to make it Road worthy for my Ps?

I would like an Audi TT on , my Ps im getting them in 3 months, im looking at
buying one at the moment

Ps?! What? Are you thinking about using an Audi turbo on a different application? If so, what car, and what is the motor size? and what year audi and type did you source the turbo from.
