I have a 2003 Audi A4 3.0 Convertible, I swapped out the battery, starter and
starter relay and still wont crank. I can hear the fuel pump working so I don't
know where to go from here. All the lights are working but that's it

I'd check every single fuse to see if it's good. I'd also check fuel pressure, spark, compression. But if the engine doesn't even crank it could be a pcm driver that causes the motor not to crank. I would check for power to the S terminal on the starter and get a wiring schematic to help determine the circuit.
