I have an audi tt 2005 1.8

Have a audi tt 2005 while driving car would shut down .
When I try starting it. The car acts like it's out of gas and I
have to press the gas peddles to get it started .

IAC if car runs fine without stumbling, I would also check fuel pressure and filter if it is external. IAC can get clogged and electric motor gears strip in throttle body. See if cleaning both helps.

IAC stands for the car keep stumble when it starts .it only bring up 1 code is the camshaft but we change that already .when the car starts it has a bubbling sounds..

Wiring on camshaft harness? Not communicating with ECM? Did you check for 5 V reference at this connector?
