2002 GMC Sierra on CarGurus says accident/frame damage, but there is no accident on the carfax report?

The listing for a 2002 GMC Sierra 4WD 83,xxx miles at Redefined Autos  Skokie, IL states frame damage/accident, yet the Carfax report states no accident?  Which is correct?

if you are close to it go and look at the truck and inspect the frame and then you will have the answer.Some carfaxes are wrong i caught one that not on carfax but it had major damage

Midnight's answer isn't bad but you could also try to compare histories by trying autocheck.com as well. Is the title stated as rebuilt or salvage? Let me know what you find out.
