The fuse id held in by tension that presses on the fuse "blades." That tension holds the fuse in place as long as there is enough tension. When the fuse box base gets weak, either from age or damage, electrical poser sometimes becomes enough to pop the fuse out of place. You could just tape the fuse in, but try to pry the grips closer together using a small screwdriver or needle-nose pliers. It's best to avoid electrical contact wit the tools so you don't risk shocking the system by using plastic tools or covering the tips with something that will insulate them.
