stopped running and lost fuel pressure

I have a 1997 gmc with the 5.7, I put in a whole new sending unit (with ac delco pump), fuel filter, and a new pressure regulator. The truck ran fine for about a week, and now it won't start again. I put a pressure gauge on the fuel rail, and it pumps up to about 45psi and bleeds off again like it did before. Any ideas on what i might need to do here?
