cranks but no run (has no fire)

have replaced with new  dist,cap, rotor, wires ,plugs,cam sensor , crank sensor, and
swamped with known to be good map sensor ,coil and ign driver, and ecm, have checked
connectivity all was good grounds that i can find appear to be good, now just scratching
my head?

use to be a aftermarket one, was running after it was taken off,

Disconnect or removed? Because since you have done everything else, it seems like the last possibility.

Pull the distributor out and see if there's a gear on the bottom. They break off.

Last time I had this problem ground to the bed of truck was left disconnected.Double check all grounds wiggle wires while trying to crank.

relocated ground on rear of intake, to back side of the head, wala have spark well almost intermittent spark , but enough to help through a code p0339 , but that was a new crank sensor , replaced the new sensor with another new sensor, fired right up, learned can't trust new parts all the time

I am having the exact same problem at the moment.Replaced Coil and Ignition control module ,went ahead and put new plugs and wires while i was at it.Still no fire.Its not in the distributor because theres no fire being supplied from the coil.(My truck is a V6 4.3L)So it only has one primary cell.Gonna try the crank position sensor this evening.Wish me luck!
