Transmission on GMC

Asked by Levi May 16, 2016 at 07:35 AM about the 1995 GMC Sierra 1500 K1500 SLE 4WD Standard Cab LB

My transmission started slipping.
I pulled the truck in the garage to
check the fluid. When i leaned
over the fan shrowd i noticed
bubbles voming from radiator. I
climbed under the truck,and i have
Tranny fluid all over. Can anybody
help me figure out what this
problem is?

Well you have a trany leak. Sounds like it may be at the transmission oil cooler in the radiator, you would see oil in the coolant, or trany fluid leaking from the radiator. May also be a transmission line going to the radiator.

Transmission cooler is leaking or one of the two connections to it..also check the transmission lines. Clean the area and observe the origin of the leak.. 1995- 21 years old, good possibility Radiator is DONE
