2004 GMC SIERRA TRANSMISSION

My transmission shifts and everything but the thing is that
when in reverse my truck doesn’t move but if I shift it to
neutral it starts going forward and I can’t figure out what
caused this how can I fix it and I’ve never heard of this
happening before

my guss you got solenoid a and solenoid b they are both need replace. if replace may have wires on each solenoid in wrong part
