I've got a 1994 gmc with transmission problems

Asked by GuruV3ZRP Sep 20, 2018 at 10:32 AM about the 1994 GMC Sierra 1500 C1500 SL Standard Cab LB

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I only have 2 and 3 gear and I have to put it in low
gear to pull off then shift to drive then it runs fine
till I stop then I have to shift back to low gear to
pull off again, I can leave it in drive but it doesn't
have power till I start in low then shift back up
what could cause this any help would be
appreciated
