Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I did a complete tune up on my 93 GMC Sierra K1500 5.7 Liter 350, Plugs,
Wires, Cap Rotor, ICM, coil, Fuel Pump Relay, Etc. Has new Fuel Pump
and Filter 2 years ago and the motor sputters like it has a dead cylinder or
miss fire even under power while driving. Checked all plugs for right gap,
and wires for bad ones and nothing is bad, checked out the TBI all is good
there also, good spray pattern and fuel pressure.  Thinking it may be a
ground issue from motor to frame or something of the sort, frame ground is
rather rusty. Any Ideas please would help alot getting very frustrated and
about to junk the truck.

Frame ground is rusty? Clean it up and reattach it. Did it run properly before you "tuned it up"?

yes truck ran great no real issues with it, was even thinking that the pick up coil on dist. may be going bad

Is it possible that one or more of the spark plug wires is on the wrong cylinder either at the spark plug end or at the distributor cap?
