1993 gmc bogging down, stalling out

my car is stalling out and bogging down.
Not all the time but it seems to run better
with full tank of gas. If I press just lightly on
the pedal it eventually  climbs up to speed
but too much pedal and the truck stops
pulling. It dies at idle bur usually stops right
back up taking anywhere from 3 to 7
seconds. It feels like it's not getting fuel. I
replaced fuel filter,  spark plugs, egr valve,
have run multiple fuel injector cleaners like
seafoam, sprayed carb cleaner.
