My 1993 GMC 5.7 1500 pick up is running like its running out of gas

I've bought a new fuel pump fuel filter fuel  regulator
in the vehicle but  it will act as if it's not getting gas
when I'm driving it Will Idle fine but soon as I give it
gas it bogs down sometimes so bad it dies can
anybody please give me any good ideas

If tbi can you see fuel injector spray pattern, both fuel injectors? Fuel pressure--9--13 psi. Make sure the exhaust isn't clogged.
