Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 1990 GMC Sierra 1500 v6 and my caliper
on the right passenger side doesn't want to release
which causes the brakes to wear out faster I just
switched out the rotor caliper and brakes...... I also
checked the brake lines and they look good I would
really appreciate some feedback on this

It would be the brake line hose running to the caliper. They break down internally and cause blockage. Would be wise to replace them on both sides.

Yes, change the rubber flex brake hose to the caliper 1990! I agree with Rowefast replace all of them.

I agree it sounds like a clogged brake hose. I replaced mine with steelbraided lines I had made at a local haudraulic shop that makes custom hoses for hydraulic and propane/ natural gas equipment. Just a thought
