Convertible top

After having a new top put on my 1990 Mustang LX 5.0 the rear side windows
fail to operate. You can hear the motors run but they do not go up or down.
Suggestions??

    I just had my 2003 Mustang convertible top repaired. both lift cylinders and the 4 tubes plus hydraulic fluid. I supplied the parts. Labor and diag came to $800. I think that's way high. Your though...
