my envoy lights won't go off and the security light is on what can I do to fix it

You could disconnect the battery and wait several minutes before reconnecting the battery cables. No guarantees.

Light relay is most likely bad. It is in the box right behind the battery. It is just a plug in - easy change it yourself. Plenty of you-tube videos if you cannot locate it on from the schematic on the back side of the cover. Cover just pops off. About a $45 part.
