when stopped at red light and my foot on the breaks it wants to sometime skip jerk Why

nothing serious but my truck when stopped at red light sometimes has a little skip/lite knot with breaks on  what can I do to get it to stop

Try some general maintenance things first check air filter and clean throttle body replace fuel filter and add Lucas Fuel Injector Cleaner to gas tank.
