my truck has a k&n air filter on it already. what should i purchase next to get more power?

not a dam thing put striaght pipe on it turn up the pump take out the fuel colar and sdjust the fuel pedal linkage get all the power u wnat if u want more then do injectors and fuel pin but i wuld try that cause its all free took my last 12v to about 475 ft tourque with just the pump turned up
