The Snap-On MT2500 is an awesome scan tool, it’s OBD1 and OBD2 compatible, I have a 1993 D150 with the 318 and used it to diagnose a bad O2 sensor, you can watch live sensor data, read/clear codes, get tech tips off the scanner, it explains the purpose of each sensor, compatible with almost all older domestic vehicles.
