I have a 2005 pt cruiser 2.4L turbo with 110,000 miles It smokes badly at start up in the morning. I was told the turbo is bad does that sound right?

Oftentimes smoke on start up only that stops after driving a while is bad valve guide seals allowing oil to seep in to cylinder..especially with an engine with 100,000 plus miles. Not sure about turbo
