If you used a memory saver when you did the job, that maintained current in the car while the battery was disconnected and you're fine. If not, when you reconnected the battery, you might have blown fuses and you definitely lost all the computer memory settings for the car and your own personal settings, like radio stations and seat positions. If so, a car relearn procedure will happen over the next hundred miles.
