2002 ford explorer xlt v-6 will turn over but wont start . its done it before and after sitting would start now it sat 24 h and now wont start

You would need to check to see if there is any spark. If there is spark then the fuel pressure would need to be checked.

I got lucky and it turned out to be a fuse in the box in engine compartment. I recommend that before doing anything else check fuses. also in very cold conditions run some heat or other alcohol product as moisture in your gas can cause non or slow starts
