What would make my escape Roar from underneath

02 escape 3.0 4 wheel drive loud noise from
transmission or transfer case. Not a pulley for sure
checked them with belts off.at idle  0 to no sound
lol but of gas it makes a sound like a wheel bearing
in park or in gear.

don't forget the rear differential. Any of those driveline components leaking? Fluids changed recently?

This will happen while in park. It will Roar when u start and go away comes when u touch the gas would have to be something moving in or out of gear

I don't know your situation but I bought a used abused 2010 ford escape that had a "roaring noise" especially when I accelerated. I drained and refilled the transmission and the roaring went away for a few hundred miles and came back. I drained and refilled the transmission again and again and again. Each time it took longer for the roaring to come back but now its gone and I've driven thousands of miles. When I drained the first time I screened the fluid and didn't find very much contaminants. That noise is also heard when the torque converter is about to fail.
