I had a ford ranger given to me.  It sat for about 3 years and started right up.  But the mice had a field day under the hood.  I drove it to work one day in a pinch and the battery drained.  (new alternator).  Got the truck home and it would start with a jump but die do to the battery being sucked dry.  I re-wired everything that was chewed into or bad.  Now it wont start.  I can get it to turn over from the solenoid but it will not start from the ignition. Lights, dash nothing from cab to solenoid works. Please any advice will do. I cant find any bad fuses.

3 years ago it was new? If it started before you worked on it then recheck all your work.

No I bought the battery before I turned the key when it was given to me. so the battery isn't even a month old? I have I even went through and unhooked everything then did it again? Next step is to go through all the relays and diodes.....maybe a new ignition? but normally a ignition gives you some waring signs before going out.

I would trace the starter wiring out with a multimeter. Clean and tighten the battery connections if you have not already and check the alternator output. The fuel system should also be suspect and you may need to drain and clean the gas tank and blow out all the lines and install a new fuel filter. Check to see if you have fuel pressure and spark at the engine. Good luck!
