Lost all electrical power

My truck lost all electrical power the battery has a
charge the ground and terminals are fine and if I
put a screwdriver to the starter selonoid I believe
it's called the engine will crank but that's all it gets I
have no lights nothing happens when I turn the
ignition I have no idea what it could be

I tried posting this answer three times just now so hopefully it goes through this time I would check under the dash on the driver side of behind the fuse box and steering column area for a spliced in relay that is probably wired to a small black box it would probably be a starter disabling GPS for the tracker I'll try and send a pic of one I just found in one of my customers trucks, in the past few days

My ‘94 ranger cranks but has no power the headlight or anything isn’t turning on
