Adding speakers to factory stereo system

What wires do I tie into to add a left and right side
6 by 9 speaker to the factory stereo system in the
rear of the 05' Chevy trailblazer ext v6 4 door?

Adding speakers you would have to connect in series to the lines running to the existing speaker which puts a load on the deck, that cuts the power to the speakers in half. So you would have to invest into an amp with added ports for extra speakers.
