2004 Trailblazer EXT/LT stereo with rear entertain controls, what is compatible
stereo w/ bluetooth call/media for todays cell phones?

Shop Crutchfield online but I doubt you can buy any aftermarket stereo that will work with the rear controls.

Thank you for your in put but I'm more concerned that it will be compatible with Trailblazer onstar / and control computer because the system needs to be reprogrammed if stereo is replaced. And as far as I know it the LAW in lower 48 do not answer/play with for cell phone while driving.

I think you will need a factory radio. No after market system will be compatible with Onstar but call up the folks at Crutchfield for another opinion.
