If you are talking about speed bumps, good god slow down. Now if you mean ordinary bumps in the road, ball joints, tie rods and other steering components shocks/struts, all in all a through front end inspection is called for

grab the wheel left front while parked,and shake left and right ,bet you have a tierod so loose your gonna lose your steering soon,and that tire is about 11 o/z out of ballance id'e guess thats what im saying just guessing

A lot of older trucks have this problem. Its a combinations of worn parts and big, heavy tires. Replace everything and/or slow down
