What is causing this

I have a 2005 Chevy 1500 2 wd 4.3 vortex I
can drive it about 10 miles shut it off start it
back and it starts missing like crazy what
could be causing this

An EGR that sticks open, and takes a while for it to reclose after engine turn off, take it in for a vacuum test on the EGR valve. I would check PCV, EGR, all vacuum hoses, cap/rotor for cracks.
