03 silverado shifting problem

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My truck won't shift from 1st to 2nd unless I
get up to 20 and let off the gas then if I step
on it it will shift back to first unless I'm going
70 mph or more and just redline until I let off
again The fluid was changed and the tps
was changed I have no idea what the
problem could be

What did you find out on your trans I have one doing the same exact thing?
