Tire and rim size

I am interested in buying my buddy's rims. They
are 22 inch. I am wondering if 265/75r22 would fit
on a stick 02 chevy silverado ls?

265/75r22 are near a 38 inch tire. You would need a 6 inch lift minimum to fit those. Are you sure about that size? It's a odd one
