Chevrolet Silverado 2001 single cab 4x4 floor lever stuck wont move

Hello I have a Chevrolet Silverado 2001 single cab
and im having problems with the floor transfer
case the lever wont move and i believe its stuck in
4Hi bcs the truck wont drive over 60mph also first
gear pops when i add an extra acceleration any
heads up on how to know if 4x4 is on 2wd

To get it out of 4 wheel drive try putting it in nuetral and foot on the brake if it doesnt move chances are the shifter rod is bent inside the transfer case
