Lost with my Silverado

I am having problems starting my truck
since someone tried to steal it & left
me a mess. The wires have been
cutted & ignition has been drilled out.
Almost fixed. Now also having
problems starting & stay running. Fuel
pump & filter are good. I think it has
something under the hood with fuel.
I'm beginning to losing my mind over
this truck (who is my baby) can
someone give me ideas what to try
next plz?

You need a locksmith or a mechanic to replace the ignition lock with new keys and have them programmed to the vehicle. You need to have special equipment to do so.
