Transmisson stuck in gear wont release

My truck has been having issuses lately and here
revently I parked it for about a week now until I can
finally have time to get after it and I went to roll it
into my shop and wont move it's in neutral but
either clutch or the granny think its still in gear...
What can I do to get it freed for me to work on it ?

Yea its been having issuses with the master clutch cylinder

I have the same problem, i think. My truck is in first and the shifter says i am stuck in second. Its a 94 2.3 5 speed. Clutch was replaced at 310k it has 347k.

    I bought a shift repair kit, to remove slop in the shifting. The old rings were trashed! Removal was easy, installation easy but it is stuck in a forward gear and will not shift anywhere.
