i have a 2000 chevy z71 the check engine oil level can on and wont go off i have tryed the gas pedal thing went off but came right back on iv tried the sensor it didnt work iv tried the nagitve off the post it still came on im out of things to try plz help

You actually have low oil pressure due to a weak pump or worn out engine

Oh. Oil LEVEL. I need to read better. Assuming you verified proper oil level that is all there is to it. If you changed the level sensor then it may have a problem with the wiring. But as long aas the oil level is good on the stick it's not going to hurt anything.
