2000 Chevy 1500 Tail Light Issues

The wiring to the trailer plug is not functioning correctly.  What is the wiring/wire
sequence/ pin out for the tail light plug

You need a multi tester to know what's going on . There's probably running lights , brake /directional on the same wire and reverse if applicable .

Agreed, If I can find out what the pin out is on the plug for each tail light then I can go from there. I had a meter on the pins, figured out the ground and brake pins, but that was as far as I could get. Do you have the pin out?

Directionals may be on the brake light wire , directional over rides brake light at the turn switch , I'll bet running lights are a black wire , then a light blue - dark blue for left - right , no back Em ups
