I found this and I hope most of it is valid ----- 1. remove the triangle trim piece at top of door panel that is opposite the side view mirror - do this by hand, pulling it straight out, so not to break the internal clips holding it in place. Next remove two small pop outs - one near door handle and the other near top of door. 3. under the door handle there is a silver circle that looks like a screw with no slot. use a tiny screw driver to pull this out about 1/4 inch, releasing the plastic door handle. 4. using the tiny screw driver, pull out the small square pop out on the door lock. It only moves slightly, then the lock pulls straight up. On the bottom of the large thing you pull the door closed with, using the tiny screw driver, pop where it's obvious, and the silver strip will pop off. Remove the 10 mm screws. Then find a loose area and pull straight out until you hear a pop. continue around the bottom snapping out each clip and the door will lift off at the window. Don't move it far, because you need to unplug 3 items near the window controls. I never figured out how to unplug the door handle unit, so i simply held the door panel while I finished the install. Suggest you have a long handle magnet available to fish out any loose screws you might drop.

Here are two videos that should help you. I used 1AAuto's videos to remove my door panel on my 1995 Sierra and it went perfectly. http://m.youtube.com/watch?v=wozuQR9o0gY http://m.youtube.com/watch? v=hst3AqNJpJM&feature=fvwrel#/watch? v=hst3AqNJpJM&feature=fvwrel
