Is it only when turning? Or constant? Can you explain a little better?

Maybe your tires are too big. Have a mechanic or tire shop take a look.

Just got 4new tires and got the right size so that's not it.while driving feels lose in steering and sometimes rub when turning

I would look into having the alignment checked out.... (particularly toe in/out) I have a suspicion that your tires have a toe out more than it should....when driving straight forward, is the steering wheel crooked?

Also, ball joints and control arm bushings could be a cause of loose steering as well
