Why is air vlowing out of all my vents at
Sametime after I replaced my blower
motor resistor

blower motor resistor can only affect blower motor speed. Air is directed to vents by one or more mode doors. Either those actuators are bad (unlikely) or your selector switch is sending spurious voltages to them.
