Are manufacturers incentives for 2024 vehicles likely to increase, decrease, or
remain approximately the same in Spring 2024, as compared with the current
levels of incentives?

Generally, incentives will remain nearly the same as now, however they will likely go up for cars that are problematic, like Kia, Hyundai, and Fiat/Chrysler. You can find a much better car. I'd suggest a Mazda CX-90 or a Toyota Hylander or Grand Hylander, maybe a Lexus GX or by then, a Lexus TX.
