Question type: Maintenance & Repair

the blower control that switches between the window/defroster, mid air vents, and the floor
is stuck on defrost. I'm not sure how to go about in getting this fixed with out getting
ripped off by a auto. I'm more of the DIY kinda guy. is there anyone who can relate and
help me with info on how i should start my quest in fixing my heater....
