does a 94 ford bronco have vacuum actuated locking hubs on the front wheels?

94 bronco feels as if the left front wheel is stuck in fwd, but the selector is in 2wd.

ok so im trying to replace the hubs and one side went on perfectly fine but the other wont go on and it looks like the end of the axle is closer to one side then the other and wont allow the hub to go on, what can I do to get it to go on?
