Jeep Wrangler Soft Top Roof Rack

looking for a rack to carry my Stand Up paddle board that will allow me to put
the soft top up and down without having to remove the roof rack. everything I
have found is made for the hard top. or for the soft top when the top is
completely removed. I want to know I can get the roof closed if the weather
turns bad while I am carry my board. attached is what I have been doing but
my view is blocked for changing lanes on the right side - slightly dangerous.
And I dont want to bend my frame by just strapping it down to the roof.

this does not look like a rack that would allow me to open and close my soft top as I had stated was looking for???
