1995 tbird 4.6 v8 shudders at 35 and 55

95 Ford thunderbird 4.6Lmodular 4R70W transmission original coil packs, don't know
how old the trans fluid is or plugs.  When I slowly cruise up to around 35 car shudders
for a second or two and also at 55-60.  When I put it to the floor goes through gears
fine or at least unnoticable.  also once in a while if car has set for a day or two on start
up I put it to the floor and it creeps to 30 and will not rev past about 2k or 3k, let off and
let it shift then runs fine for the day.  I have little money, what should I try first
