Car starts but no dash lights and no accessory power at all?

Car starts but has no accessory power at all. No instrument panel power?

Possibly your clock cable behind your steering wheel, possibly a fuse issue, Check the fuses first. Check out clock cables on Youtube. Does your horn work?
