Concerned how? Have it checked out by a local mechanic that has worked on Vettes before, so you know your getting a good deal.

Your only concern should be the price you pay. Low milage, engine rebuild? Why was it rebuilt? Poor maintenance or upkeep? Check the breaks. It may have higher milage that 86K, or show it was drive hard. Old cars are like some wives, cost money to take them out for a spin. Under $ 23,500 is a good investment. The older C-3s are going up in price. Even if you drop another 10 grand to tune it up, into it, it would be a good purchase.
